Paxton Media Group’s Central Indiana Newspaper Group (CING) Publisher Kelly Miller announced this week she has named Marion native David Nelson as editor of the Wabash Plain Dealer.
Nelson assumes the position held previously by William Carroll, who was promoted to executive editor of CING.
