The Southwood High School Adult Farmer Committee and Purdue Extension of Wabash County will host a Meth Awareness class Monday, March 19.

To begin at 7 p.m. in the Southwood High School cafeteria, the meeting is designed to help in the fight against methamphetamine manufacturing.

Det. Bob Land of the Indiana State Police Peru Post will be discussing how the public can help in the fight against this statewide problem.

He will help participants recognize the signs of meth production and how to report it to the proper authorities.

The meeting is open to the public.

Questions should be directed to Matt Moorman at the Purdue Extension Office, 563-0661, Ext. 245, or by email at www.mmoorman@purdue.edu
